May Public Holiday Closures


Please note the practice will be CLOSED on Monday 6th May 2024 for the public holiday. From 8am on Tuesday 7th May, you can telephone us on 0345 189 7070 for advice from the clinical team or to speak to reception for help with administrative queries.
For all prescription requests, including urgent, please telephone 01224 551 400 and leave a message with your request. If you request is urgent please state this clearly on your message, and remember to leave a telephone contact number in case we need to contact you. If you try to leave a prescription request but the telephone line is full, and it is not an urgent request, then please wait until after we have reopened again on Tuesday to try again to telephone the prescription line. We will have staff working throughout the day to clear the telephone line.

UDNY STATION FRIDAY CLOSURE

Please note that our Udny Station Practice will be closed on Fridays for the foreseeable future. If you need medical attention on a Friday you can telephone 0345 189 7070 to speak to a receptionist at Scotstown.

Minor Surgery Clinic

Alternate Tuesdays: 14:00 – 16:30 *currently suspended*

Warfarin Clinic

Wednesday: 08:00 -12:30

Our nursing team also deals with diabetes, asthma and heart disease.

Between 18:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all weekend the surgery is closed. If you require urgent medical advice or treatment please contact NHS 24 on 111, a receptionist in the emergency centre will answer your call. Click here to visit the website.

Please note that this is not a “walk in” service. You must call NHS 24 in the first instance.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
